CURTAIN PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Curtain Purchase Agreement is made between the Buyer and the Seller, with reference to the following terms and conditions:1. The Buyer agrees to purchase from the Seller a certain quantity of curtains, with a specific color, size, and style.，2. The Seller agrees to supply the Buyer with the requested curtains, according to the agreed-upon terms and conditions.，3. The Buyer shall provide the Seller with a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the curtains, with the remaining 50% to be paid upon delivery.，4.
